Group Fitness Schedule

We’re excited to launch a NEW Slow Flow Yoga Class beginning on Saturday, June 7th. It will be offered back-to-back at 9:00am and 10:00am!

Slow Flow Yoga combines slow dynamic movements with the focus on alignment of the
body and the breath. Taking deep breaths helps us connect our body and mind so we
can receive guidance from our body on how to take better care of it. In this class we will
practice using our breath as we lay down, sit up, get on our hands and knees, stand up
and move our arms to open our chest. We will hold yoga positions to stretch and
strengthen our physical and mental muscles. We will cultivate patience and compassion
with ourselves. This is an open level class, all are welcome. Modifications will be offered
to accommodate your body’s limitations.
