The Health & Wellness Department is dedicated to the health, physical and social development of all members. Our professional staff is comprised of dedicated people from various specialties who are committed to providing the best possible experience for our participants.
Reach your fitness goals with Commonpoint’s top-tier instructors! We offer 20 classes a week from low-impact beginner sessions to high-intensity advanced workouts.
