Senior Program Manager, Preferred Communities Intensive Case Management

Isabel Schneck works as a Senior Program Manager of the Preferred Communities Intensive Case Management (PC ICM) Program within the Resettlement & Integration Department at Commonpoint. PC ICM provides long-term, holistic case management services to especially vulnerable refugees of diverse nationalities. As Senior Program Manager, Isabel supervises a team of Case Managers, using her unique skills and experiences to lead the provision of culturally responsive, trauma-informed services. Isabel is bilingual in Spanish and holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY Hunter College. She is dedicated to supporting the wellness and empowerment of immigrant individuals, families, and communities. Beyond her work at Commonpoint, Isabel loves spending time with animals, cooking up vegan food, and enjoying all kinds of arts.
