Gigi Garcia

Minerva “Gigi” Garcia is the first ever Chief People Officer at Commonpoint Queens, and oversees all of the agency’s human resources and compliance efforts.

Gigi has spent the better part of the last 25 years improving workplaces with her human resources leadership skills and her extensive experience focused on employee development. Prior to joining Commonpoint she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Coloredge. Gigi has also served as the Vice President of People & Experience at Vaynermedia, and she has worked in similar roles at Accordant Media and DDB Worldwide Communications Group.

In her free time Gigi loves to cook and try new recipes (she’s actually working on writing her own cook book!), and she enjoys traveling to warm weather destinations.
