Erica Eisele

Erica Eisele is a licensed social worker with Commonpoint. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University and began her journey with Commonpoint in 2016, working with Opportunity Youth programs. Currently, she serves as a therapist at our Adolescent Clinic and works part-time at Martin Van Buren High School, supporting Commonpoint’s initiative to expand mental health services in schools. She also supervises social work interns who are building their skills as they enter the field. She finds working with young adults incredibly rewarding—it’s inspiring to witness their growth and progress firsthand. Her long-term goal is to earn her LCSW and eventually open a private practice or take on a full-time role as a school social worker. Outside of work, you can find her at the beach year-round—there’s nothing a good sunset can’t fix!
