Tobey Ben-Aderet

Tobey Ben-Aderet is a seasoned nonprofit professional and the current Senior Director of Executive Projects at Commonpoint, where she brings over five years of experience in strategic coordination, organizational development, and administrative leadership. She has a proven track record of executing large-scale events, managing cross-departmental initiatives, and streamlining internal systems for efficiency and impact. 

Her professional journey at Commonpoint has evolved from Office Associate to Strategic Coordinator, and now to a senior leadership position—demonstrating both her dedication and the breadth of her expertise. In addition to her operational leadership, Tobey has spearheaded intranet (iTacit) development for over 600 staff, coordinated high-profile conferences, and provided critical support to executive management. 

Tobey holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, resides in Bayside, NY, and grew up at Commonpoint where she was a member of the Bay Terrace Pool Club and attended summer camp at the Samuel Field Y. She enjoys relaxing with her two cats, binge watching TV shows, and reading fiction novels.
