
Terri Prezio
Director, Employer Partnerships
Terri Prezio joined Commonpoint nearly eight years ago, bringing with her a successful sales career from a major New York City corporation. A recipient of the prestigious Rolex Watch Sales Achievement Award and numerous other honors, Terri transitioned to the nonprofit sector with a passion for excellence and a commitment to making an impact.
Starting as a Job Developer for the Ladders for Leaders program, she has since risen to Director of Corporate Engagement. In this role, she leads corporate partnerships across several flagship initiatives, including Ladders for Leaders, JFEW, and Hillel programs.
Terri is deeply committed to helping students access meaningful internship opportunities, drawing on the strong network she cultivated throughout her professional journey. For her, connecting young people with top companies is not just a role — it’s a calling.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Terri was named a 2024 New York State Woman of Distinction by Commonpoint.
Outside of her work, Terri enjoys reading novels, specifically historical fiction and cherishes time with her husband Tom, their son Michael, and their beloved dog, Bella.
