Albina Baazov 

Albina began her career with the Ladders for Leaders program as a Program Assistant in 2015 and advanced to Program Director, serving from 2018 to 2021.

In her current role as the Senior Director of Youth Employment Programs, she oversees several youth employment initiatives, including Ladders for Leaders and the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). She also leads the agency’s social work internship program, partnering with schools of social work to place graduate interns across multiple departments, where they gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and practical skills.

A Licensed Master Social Worker, Albina previously worked in a mental health clinic, where she developed a passion for youth development. Today, she continues that work by helping young people explore career pathways, build professional skills, and prepare for future success.

Her motto, “Intern with Impact,” reflects her belief that internships empower participants to step outside their comfort zones, explore new industries, and discover meaningful career opportunities.
