Stephanie Silberman
Social Worker, Resilience Program
Stephanie is a Resilience Social Worker with a strong passion for supporting children and helping them build the skills they need to thrive. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work in May and is dedicated to fostering growth, stability, and opportunity for young people. Driven by a love of new experiences and meaningful connection, she brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to her work.
Her journey with Commonpoint Queens began at her local JCC, where she started as a Unit Head with Island Quest. That experience sparked a lasting commitment to the organization and its mission, leading her to a full-time role in the High School College Success Program and, ultimately, to the Resilience Program. She values being part of a community-centered organization that makes a tangible impact. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and traveling with her husband, always seeking new adventures.
