Sapna Owais

Sapna Owais is a Senior Program Manager at Commonpoint, where she has been supporting refugee and immigrant communities since 2021. She oversees programming within the Preferred Communities (PC/PIR) and Refugee Health Promotion (RHP) initiatives, supervising a team of five staff members and ensuring high-quality case management and service delivery. Sapna is committed to culturally responsive care and works closely with her team to support clients in accessing healthcare, housing, and essential community resources.

In her role, Sapna leads workshops and initiatives focused on health education, financial literacy, and overall wellness. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate systems in the United States successfully. Known for her collaborative leadership and hands-on approach, Sapna fosters a supportive team environment while building strong, trust-based relationships with the communities she serves. She enjoys organizing workshops and events that bring people together and make learning interactive and engaging.
