SABRINA HSU

Sabrina serves as Commonpoint’s Impact Strategy & Evaluation Specialist, where she advances a culture of learning, equity, and data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, she leads the development of logic models, design program evaluations, conducts qualitative research, and translates findings into actionable insights for leadership, staff, and external partners. Her work ensures that evaluation results are not only rigorous but also accessible, feasible, and empowering teams to use data as a driver for continuous improvement.

Before transitioning to the Impact, Research, and Evaluation team, Sabrina was a SYEP facilitator while serving as an instructional designer for various projects across Commonpoint. These experiences shaped their approach to evaluation, blending a deep understanding of program delivery with a strategic focus on organizational impact.

Sabrina holds a B.A. in Education Studies with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing an Ed.M. in Education Policy. Her academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to creating educational and experiential opportunities for students, ensuring that programs are both equitable and transformative. Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys photography, traveling, trying new cuisines, and spending time with loved ones.
