Mitch Karpp

Mitch Karpp’s journey with Commonpoint began as a camper at the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds. Over the years, he worked in both the Summer Camp and Kids Korner after-school programs, ultimately becoming the director of both. Now, as the Associate Vice President of Youth Education Services, Mitch is proud to be part of a team that creates safe, enriching, and fun environments where children can grow and discover new things. Working closely with all the departments within YES, Mitch is driven by the opportunity to empower families and foster a sense of community. Outside of work, Mitch is a lifelong Beatles fan and can hold his own in any superhero trivia contest.
