Dr. Lisa DeRoché

Lisa joined Commonpoint in the Summer of 2026 with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and leads Commonpoint’s people strategy, while overseeing all aspects of HR operations across the organization. Her portfolio includes talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, organizational policies, compliance, and staff development initiatives.

Previously, Lisa was the Chief People & Equity Officer at Roosevelt Institute, and has served in many HR leadership roles with organizations such as Ascend Public Charter Schools, JCCA, Brightpoint Health, Fidelis Care and AXA Equitable. She is passionate about helping people, and strongly considered going into social work prior to beginning her career as an HR professional.
