Brynn McCormick

Brynn McCormick serves as the Assistant Vice President of Workforce Development at Commonpoint, overseeing an expansive $13 million workforce portfolio. Under her leadership, the department has grown from a $1 million program area into a citywide workforce system that advances economic mobility and equity. Brynn provides strategic oversight of program development, fiscal management, and external partnerships with government agencies, funders, employers, and community stakeholders to ensure high impact, data driven outcomes for New Yorkers seeking meaningful employment and support.

She has been employed at Commonpoint since 2009 and holds a dual masters in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from LI University C.W. Post Campus.
