Diana Tettey
Counselor Advocate
Diana Tettey started at Commonpoint as a Social Work Intern at John Bowne High School in 2018. She graduated with her Bachelors degree in Biology from Union College and then went on to receive her Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University. Diana has always had a passion for working with students to empower them to overcome barriers by giving them added support, resources and opportunities. She now works as a Full Time Counselor Advocate for the Future Forward program and loves every day that she gets to make a difference in her students’ lives. When she is not at work she loves to listen to music, dance and spend time with her family. A fun fact about Diana is she was born in Ghana!
