Christina Velky

Christina Velky is a member of the Health & Wellness Department and is currently the Director of the Tanenbaum Family Pool and TFP Fitness. She started her career in Aquatics in 2007 as a lifeguard and swim instructor at our Central Queens location, working her way up to becoming an Aquatics Supervisor. She took a brief hiatus from Commonpoint to become a Residential Health Club supervisor in NYC where she was overseeing multiple health clubs and pools. In 2021, Christina rejoined Commonpoint in her current role. She is a Certified Pool Operator as well as an American Red Cross certified Lifeguard Instructor Trainer, First Aid and CPR Instructor Trainer, and Water Safety Instructor Trainer.
