Overview

We’re very proud to partner with UJA-Federation of New York to offer the Resilience Program for our community.

We are a safety net program supporting some of the more vulnerable members of our community or those going through a current crisis by providing services to the following populations- first generation Holocaust survivors, single parent families, individuals and families from the local Persian and Bukharian communities, asylum seekers, and recently arrived Israeli families.

We focus on sustainment and improvement of quality of life.  Services include a basic needs assessment, information and referrals within Commonpoint and the community, assessment for one time emergency cash assistance grants and childcare scholarships for those who qualify, brief case management and support navigating systems.

Please complete the form below if you would like to schedule a consultation so we can learn more about your goals and needs.
