For children ready to learn to swim independently. Skills include floating, front & back glide & crawl stroke. Children must be comfortable putting their faces in the water.

Our dance school provides students with quality training and education. Students can explore all aspects of dance: creativity, musicality, rhythm, grace, coordination, and more!

This clinic is designed to teach the fundamentals of tennis for the novice as well as seasoned players. Classes will be held indoors in the gymnasium.

Children will learn footwork, practice drills, and learn foundational basketball skills.

Students will swim complete laps working on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. Students will be introduced to flip turns.

Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level II with more technical training.

These clinics are designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball for all players. The main focus of the clinic is conditioning, skill-specific drills, and scrimmage games. Sportsmanship, defense/offense, footwork, and strategy will also be included. .

This class is for beginners. Students will learn acclimation and water safety skills. Swimmers will learn basic aquatics skills such as blowing bubbles, kicking, and putting their faces in the water. Concepts are introduced through fun games and activities.

Children will develop the fundamental skills of Flag Football. Pass and catch for touchdowns just like your favorite NFL players in our Flag Football class. Participants will learn the game of the gridiron in addition to the skills that lead to building a foundation for the sport of football.

Our experienced and enthusiastic soccer coaches teach children the fundamentals of soccer – from balancing and kicking to coordination and agility. Children work on skills, game play and having a positive team experience.
