Veronica Pineros

Veronica Pineros is the Director of Opportunity Youth, a transformative program that supports young people ages 16 to 24 in building brighter futures. With over 12 years of experience working with vulnerable youth across diverse social service settings, Veronica has dedicated her career to uplifting those who often go unheard.

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on general practice. In her current role, she helps students access medical accreditations, mental health care, and critical supportive services—meeting them where they are and guiding them toward where they want to be.

What drives Veronica is a deep belief in the untapped potential of every young person. She is inspired daily by their resilience and fueled by a passion to remove systemic barriers, create pathways to opportunity, and empower youth to rewrite their own stories. Her leadership is a reflection of her unwavering commitment to hope, equity, and the power of second chances.
