Employer Engagement Manager
Yhon Ayure is the Employer Engagement Manager for the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) at Commonpoint. With a background in sociology and a strong foundation in nonprofit work, he is passionate about connecting youth to meaningful, skill-building opportunities through community partnerships.
Born and raised in Jackson Heights, Queens, Yhon brings a deep love for his community into everything he does. Outside of work, he’s a proud foodie who enjoys discovering new restaurants across NYC. He’s also an avid traveler, a devoted Grey’s Anatomy fan, and always down to bond over small dogs.
