Kristian Valentin

Kristian I. Valentin is the Site Supervisor for Commonpoint at Queens Academy High School. He is an alumnus of SUNY at Albany where he obtained his BA in Political Science, as well as Marywood University, where he earned his Master’s in Public Administration in 2020. In 2015, Kristian began his career as a Program Assistant for the Office of Community Schools. He served as the Community School Director from 2016 through 2020 at both Aspira at Monroe Academy and, then, Bronx Academy for Multimedia. Kristian left briefly to enter politics and served as a Regional Field Director in Maine, where he oversaw two statewide campaigns and returned to New York City in 2021. Upon his return, he assumed the role of Site Supervisor for Commonpoint at Queens Academy High School. Kristian manages all Commonpoint programs at this location and maintains a seamless connection between our organization and the Administration at his respective school. He takes pride in his strong bond with his employees and community. He is a loyal Yankees fan.
