Frances Ramos

Frances joined Commonpoint after her Social Work internship during her first year as a Social Work intern with Adelphi University. Since returning to Commonpoint as a full- time staff member, Frances has been able to continue to work with her preferred demographic, teenagers! She dedicated her time to guiding and empowering the youth of Veritas Academy as the Program Coordinator for The G.O.A.L.S Program at Veritas Academy and now serves as the Community School Director at John Bowne High School. She consistently looks forward to nurturing the growth of their skillset and mindset as they navigate their journey through high school. Frances oversees the day- to – day of students within all grade levels by facilitating life skills, mindfulness, college readiness, and career readiness workshops as well as recreational activities after school.
