Shinmon Nanda is a Senior Case Manager in the Resettlement and Integration Division. Originally from Yangon, Burma, she brings a bilingual, culturally informed approach to supporting newly arrived refugees, asylees, and other vulnerable populations as they begin rebuilding their lives in the United States. She is committed to promoting client self-sufficiency through compassionate, individualized support.
Shinmon holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cuisines, taking long walks, and dog-watching around the city!
