Robin Kaufman

Robin Kaufman has worked at Commonpoint Queens for over 30 years. She started volunteering here when her children attended our nursery school and worked her way up to Senior Director of the Parenting Center. She is responsible for running the department and designing programs for newborns to three year olds. She loves meeting with families helping them navigate their way through the challenges of parenthood. Her door is always open to parents and caregivers and they feel very welcome at Commonpoint. Robin’s office is often the first place new parents stop in when they move into the neighborhood. She has seen generations of children attend nursery school here who are now parents bringing their own children to Commonpoint.

Robin has a BA from Brooklyn College and after college, attended the NYU Institute of Paralegal Studies.. She brings extensive sales and business experience to the Parenting Center having been a paralegal, stockbroker and registered investment advisor. In her free time, Robin loves spending time with her husband.
