Kyrylo Glushchenkov

Kyrylo Glushchenkov is a Senior Case Manager in the Resettlement and Integration department at Commonpoint, where he supports Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolees and other newcomer populations in navigating their transition to life in the United States.

He holds dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Economics. In his role, Kyrylo provides client-centered, trauma-informed services, helping individuals and families access essential resources, achieve stability, and build pathways toward long-term self-sufficiency.

Kyrylo is passionate about supporting personal growth, resilience, and integration, both in his professional work and through his background in mental health. Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, he is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
