Program Coordinator, GOALS Program at Richmond Hill High School
Isiss started working with Commonpoint in October 2021, as a Program Coordinator for the GOALS Program. This experience has furthered her dedication and passion in servicing youth from diverse backgrounds. She graduated from St. Francis College with a BA/MA in Psychology and is now pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University. Isiss is committed to cultural competence and diversity while recognizing the impact of cultural, socioeconomic, and systemic factors on mental health and wellness. One of her goals is to advocate for inclusivity and social justice in her work as a soon-to-be Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In her free time, Isiss loves to read up on astrology, binge watch TV shows, spend time with her two dogs, and explore nature scenes/parks.
