Elizabeth Kugelman

Elizabeth Kugelman, LCSW, began her career at the Sam Field Center in 2013 as a social work intern in the In-School Youth Program. Since then, she has steadily advanced within the High School & College Success Division, helping to expand programming, strengthen partnerships, and bring critical services to high school and college-aged students across Queens and beyond.

She currently serves as Senior Director of High School & College Success, where she has played a key role in the growth and expansion of numerous departmental initiatives and youth development programs.

In addition to her leadership role, Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State and is actively engaged in supporting the work of the organization’s Article 31 Mental Health Clinic.
