Dr. Geva Dublin

Dr. Geva Dublin joined Commonpoint in August of 2026 with over three decades of experience in education, with proven expertise in strategic leadership, curriculum development, staff management and operational oversight. Geva takes great pride in creating enriching learning environments, and her experience and passion for early childhood education will be a wonderful addition to our programs.

Prior to joining the team at Commonpoint, Geva was the Executive Director of Early Childhood Services at Union Settlement Association. She has also worked in leadership positions at Friends of Crown Heights and the Goddard School. Geva has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and dual master’s degrees, as well as NYS certifications in Birth–6, and School District and School Building Leadership, underscoring her strong commitment to not only educational excellence, but the growth and development of the next generation of learners as well.
