Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith, a graduate of Medgar Evers College and Nyack College, a licensed master social worker, and an award winning community leader, is dedicated to empowering families through relationship-centered engagement, culturally responsive events, and authentic co-design. Under Brooke’s leadership, The P.O.i.N.T. Family Enrichment Center continues to grow into a trusted hub, offering dynamic, family-friendly offerings shaped by community voices. Brooke brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, legislative advocacy, and family centered care and has been honored with citations and proclamations by the Brooklyn Borough President for her service.

With a background in grassroots organizing, citywide collaboration, and trauma-informed care, Brooke has successfully led initiatives that reach disconnected families, foster community partnerships, and build sustainable support systems. Her commitment to social impact and innovation continues to transform how communities access and shape the support they deserve.
