Overview

Commonpoint is proud to offer inclusive programming specifically designed to meet the social, emotional, educational, and recreational needs of children ages 5-21. An individual interview is required for each of these programs so that our professional team can welcome your child and assist in the selection of programs that would be most successful.

Swimming
11 Sundays beginning April 12
Primary/Foundational Skills: 3:00-3:45pm, 3:45-4:30pm
Intermediate/Level 3: 4:30-5:15pm, 5:10-5:55pm
NEW! Advanced/Teens: 6:00-6:45pm

Stroke development/Level 3 is for children who have foundational swimming skills and are ready for technicalities of swimming. This course is for children who have done well in the beginner class, or have otherwise been assessed by the swim instructor to be ready for this level class. A parent or support staff is required to join in the water with each child.

NEW! Advance/Teens requires a tryout. Participants will be required to swim the entire length of the 25 yard pool. They must know freestyle, backstroke, and have some knowledge of breaststroke

Karate
8 Sundays beginning April 12
3:00 – 4:00 pm (Ages 5-10)
4:00 – 5:00 pm (Ages 10-14)

Our Karate class helps children redirect their natural impulses toward aggression and channels them in constructive, helpful, and beneficial ways, while helping them learn about respect, focus, honor and discipline.

Basketball Buddies
8 Sundays beginning April 12
1:30 – 2:30 pm (Ages 5-10)
$200

This 1 hour class will promote exercise, while teaching your child basic basketball skills, as well as improve their socialization and listening skills while following 1 to 2-step directives. This is a great way for children to socialize with their peers while exercising & learning basketball.

Music Immersion
8 Sundays beginning April 12
2:00 – 3:00 pm (Ages 5-10)

KIDS WILL SING, PLAY INSTRUMENTS, AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS WHILE BUILDING MUSICAL SKILLS IN A FUN, CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT. SIGN UP FOR AN ENGAGING EXPERIENCE TODAY!.

Lil Chefs Cooking
8 Wednesdays beginning April 15
4:00 – 4:45 pm (Ages 5-8)

Children will follow simple recipes to create their own delicious dishes, from tasty meals to fun snacks.  Our chefs will enjoy making and tasting their culinary creations all while learning new skills.

Create & Squeeze
8 Wednesdays beginning April 15
4:00 – 5:00 pm (Ages 5-8)

Children will create squishy, squeeze balls to their squeezing, squishing content!  Children will enjoy playing with the different consistencies to create a different kind of squeeze ball each week. 

Clay
8 Wednesdays beginning April 15
5:00 – 6:00 pm (Ages 8-10)

Creative expression is the emphasis of this class!  Children explore the possibilities of clay with coil, slab, pinching, and sculpting.

Sports Camp
8 Wednesdays beginning April 15
6:00 – 7:00 pm (Ages 5-10)
$200

This 1 hour class will promote exercise, while teaching your child skills for kickball, basketball, soccer, & volleyball with each sport being taught for 2 classes before moving onto the next sport. This is a great way for children to socialize with their peers while exercising & learning a variety of sports.

Please note that beginning 7/1, there will be a 3% service charge if a credit card is used.
