Join our MIST Program for the first workshop in their winter series, where we’ll come together to explore ways to support mood, engagement, and social connection during the winter season.

As part of Commonpoint’s Mental Health Services, Maintaining Independence and Safety through Technology (MIST) is a time-limited program offered in partnership with Commonpoint, NYC Aging, and an Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) program. This program is a free program and is funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health.

MIST supports older adults in aging safely in their own homes by helping them connect to community resources, providing emotional support, and increasing access to technology that promotes independence and safety.

If you would like to attend please contact Leora Ellison at lellison@commonpoint.org or call us at 718-224-0566.
