Children will develop the fundamental skills of Flag Football. Pass and catch for touchdowns just like your favorite NFL players in our Flag Football class. Participants will learn the game of the gridiron in addition to the skills that lead to building a foundation for the sport of football.

These courses are for children registered with our Special Services department. Intake must be completed prior to enrollment. A parent or support staff should be present with each child. If interested and not enrolled in Special Services, please contact specialservices@commonpoint.org.

Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level II with more technical training.

Students will swim complete laps working on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. Students will be introduced to flip turns.

This class is for beginners. Students will learn acclimation and water safety skills. Swimmers will learn basic aquatics skills such as blowing bubbles, kicking, and putting their faces in the water. Concept are introduced through fun games and activities.
