For children ready to learn to swim independently. Skills include floating, front & back glide & crawl stroke. Children must be comfortable putting their faces in the water.

Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level II with more technical training.

Students will swim complete laps working on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. Students will be introduced to flip turns.

Open to athletes of all skill levels, the program emphasizes fundamental skill-building, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence both on and off the court. Participants will learn essential basketball skills—including dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, and game strategy—through age-appropriate drills and games.

More technical training in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Butterfly is introduced. Open turns are introduced.
