For children ready to learn to swim independently. Skills include floating, front & back glide & crawl stroke. Children must be comfortable putting their faces in the water.
More technical training in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Butterfly is introduced. Open turns are introduced.
Students will swim complete laps working on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. Students will be introduced to flip turns.
Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level 2 with more technical training.
