Commonpoint offers classes for adult swimmers of all availabilities. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes for adults.

For children ready to learn to swim independently. Skills include floating, front & back glide & crawl stroke. Children must be comfortable putting their faces in the water.

Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level II with more technical training.

Students will swim complete laps working on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. Students will be introduced to flip turns.
