This class is for beginners. Students will learn acclimation and water safety skills. Swimmers will learn basic aquatics skills such as blowing bubbles, kicking, and putting their faces in the water. Concept are introduced through fun games and activities.
For children ready to learn to swim independently. Skills include floating, front & back glide & crawl stroke. Children must be comfortable putting their faces in the water.

More technical training in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Butterfly is introduced. Open turns are introduced.
Students will swim complete laps working on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. Students will be introduced to flip turns.
