Sue Perez

Sue supports professional learning, leadership development, and staff growth across Commonpoint. She works with team members, managers, and leaders at every level to strengthen skills, develop teams, and navigate the everyday challenges of today’s workplace. 

Drawing on a background in psychology, adult learning, and professional development, Sue designs and facilitates workshops, agency-wide learning cohorts, leadership development programs, and targeted team support focused on communication, feedback, supervision, and workplace alignment. She also provides individual and small-group coaching, creating space for staff to reflect, problem-solve, and identify meaningful opportunities for growth. 

Sue holds a BA in Psychology from SUNY Empire State University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Emerging Technologies and Learning Design, strengthening her work in adult learning, psychological research, and the responsible use of emerging technologies in education and professional development. 

At the heart of Sue’s work is a commitment to making learning practical, accessible, and equitable, while staying connected to the real situations people face every day. Outside of work, Sue loves to travel and is a passionate home cook who enjoys bringing new flavors back to her kitchen.
